What you need to know about this position:
- The Contingency Staff Coordinator is responsible for the centralized coordination of various contingency (temporary) workforce staffing programs utilized across the CRH health system acting as a representative for HR, collaborating with department leaders related to contingency staffing needs. This could include contracted individuals who work at CRH through a 3rd party agency or those directly hired to CRH and assigned to contingency staffing programs.
- As part of its role, this position hires and supervises contingency employees directly hired into the CRH Internal Staffing Agency department (Sidekick Staffing program) and works with organizational leaders to take appropriate action, including providing recommendations to HR leaders for programmatic changes / enhancements to the various staffing programs they lead.
- The Contingency Staff Coordinator reports directly to the Director-System Talent Solutions and is a member of the Human Resources Talent Team, who facilitate the overall programs and transactions related to recruitment and retention at CRH.
- This position is eligible for partial remote (work from home) status, allowing you to work virtually for > 50% of your work week. Some weeks may require more onsite time than others. This position has flexibility to set your daily scheduled work time (within reason) but is expected to be available/working daily Monday-Friday, during day shift/office hours. This position is provided with a mobile phone specifically for scheduling/communicating with Sidekick Staffing employees, and is expected to respond to immediate staffing changes/requests 7 days/week.
- This position is for a fixed duration (temporary), with a minimum need for 6-9 months employment. This temporary assignment has potential to evolve into a permanent position within the company, but is not guaranteed. The employee will be provided a minimum of 30-days written notice before the end of the assignment, with an indication of either a need for extended temporary employment time, change to permanent status, or the end of employment.
- The hourly range for this position is between $23.57 and 37.66, annualized at $49,025.60 and $78,332.80. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions. Fixed duration positions qualify for the same employment benefits as permanent positions.
Required skills for this position:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Recruitment, project coordination, supervisory/scheduling or office administration experience required.
Preferred skill for this position:
- 2+ years supervisory or HR experience strongly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Be able to effectively connect with a variety of Healthcare professionals and candidates via written and verbal communication.
- Organization Skills: Coordinating multiple priorities with time management and attention to detail.
