What you need to know about this position:

• Our Information Services department is located in a secure technical center located minutes from our hospital campus and houses a state-of-the-art data center.
• The team has a family feel, with a team goal oriented staff and remote work available.
• The annualized salary range for this position is between $82,597 and $131,934. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
• This position is partially remote approved.
• This shift for this position will be 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, on-call weekends and evenings with a holiday and on-call rotation.

What is required for this position:

• Upon hire, you must have:
  • High School Diploma with 7 years of experience in a health-related or IS related field, or Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of experience in a health related or IS related field.
  • Epic Certification (Epic Inpatient Orders Certification) Required.
  • Formal education and experience and current healthcare related certification, license or registration in one of the following areas required upon initial hire:
    • Nursing
    • Medical Technology
    • Physical Therapy
    • Radiation Therapy
    • Respiratory Therapy
    • Pharmacy

(Renewal or recertification after hire not required.)

• Experience/Certifications preferred:
  • Epic Order Transmittal Certification is preferred (proficiency or previous experience recommended if not certified)
  • Experience with Epic and CBORD integration is strongly preferred
  • Inpatient Hospital clinical experience working with providers and nursing is strongly recommended and preferred. Will consider applicants without inpatient clinical experience.
