Clinical Data Coordinator

What you need to know about this position:

• Clinical Quality Management has responsibility for regulatory compliance, clinical documentation improvement, and quality improvement for the organization and medical staff, including data analysis and monitoring.
• The department currently has 10 employees in the various roles: Director, 2 Advisors, 2 Analysts, 1 Data Coordinator, and 4 Clinical Documentation Specialists.
• The department works closely with Medical Staff Services and Clinical Risk Management.
• The Clinical Data Coordinator position has a base rate of $32.68. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
• This position requires working Monday through Friday; 32 weekly hours; 7:00AM – 3:30PM
• This position is partial remote eligible.

What is required for this position:

• Graduate of approved School of Nursing Required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within three (3) years of hire required or 10 years of direct experience required. 2 years clinical experience in critical/cardiac or med/surgical care, or the equivalent preferred.
• A minimum of two years’ of experience of data collection preferred.
• Current Indiana license as a Registered Nurse required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
