Attendant

What you need to know about this position:

• Our Attendants clean and disinfect our facility to ensure a clean and safe environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.
• Attendants are responsible for cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms, offices, surgery suites, outpatient services as well as common areas throughout the hospital.
• The base hourly rate for this position is $16.40. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience and does include shift differentials and premium pay as applicable. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
• The evening Student Flex position will require you to work 4:00PM-8:00PM, with a weekend and holiday requirement, and the hours depend on the needs of the department. The position is not benefit-eligible but is ideal for current students who need flexibility with scheduling.

What is required for this position:

• Requires frequent walking, kneeling, bending, twisting, standing and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds
• Previous experience in housekeeping in a medical environment is preferred
