Urologist Locum

Columbus Regional Health Urology, conveniently located on the campus of Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus, Indiana is in search of a LOCUM-BC Urologist to serve their team.  Potential candidates would be joining 2 full-time Urologists; one of whom is mid-career and the other in the early part of his career having graduated in 2019.  The hospital supports Interventional Radiology, a team of dedicated Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists, Hospitalists to assist with admissions and most surgical sub-specialties.  

Opportunity Highlights

Expectations for a Locum are as follows:

– 2 weekends call coverage a month

– Call starting Friday at Noon and ending Monday morning at 7:00am

– expected to round, answer patient calls, and operate when appropriate

– expected to complete inpatient surgeries that are not able to be scheduled before Noon on Friday.

• Mix of outpatient & inpatient care
• 2 NPs to assist with call and & rounding
• EPIC EMR in office & hospital
• Practice is supported by a large regional referral base
• Da Vinci Robotics available
