What you need to know about the Digital Marketing Specialist position:

  • The Marketing Department focuses on advertising, access-focused consumer strategies, brand management, community outreach events and sponsorships, logo apparel and promotional items, media relations, social media, content marketing, e-mail and direct mail marketing, printed materials, workforce communications, content development and storytelling, digital signage and radio promotion, website development, intranet and web updates, and multimedia production.
  • This position will provide development, implementation, and coordination of the health system’s digital marketing and multi-channel campaign project plans internally and with outside partners. Working closely with other members of the Marketing team, this position coordinates the integration of digital marketing into the overall brand strategy as it relates to business and service line goals.
  • As a Digital Marketing specialist, you will be responsible for working in collaboration with the Marketing team, leadership and outside agency/ vendor partners to develop and implement integrated multi-channel campaign strategies in support of health system growth objectives and marketing goals, coordinating and tracking assigned projects including the use of project management software and outlines related tasks across the team in regards to launch and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns, incorporating social media, display, paid search, and/or email and implement insights throughout campaign duration, and performing customer lead tracking, active role in implementing and coordinating initiatives in relation to Customer Relationship Management (CRM), conversion and reporting.
  • This position is also responsible for utilizing social media channels in business to business (B2B) and/or business to consumer (B2C) applications, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects) applications and provide related support to integrate digital design with traditional marketing techniques such as direct mail, radio or print advertising, and utilizing Google Analytics and in preparation for GA4, Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, Call Rail or similar applications for the monitoring and measurement of digital marketing programs and similar mindset for organic / paid social media monitoring. Measures the effectiveness of campaigns and develops dashboards to assist in reporting out on key findings.
  • The Digital Marketing Specialist position has a base hourly equivalent rate of $23.57 annualized to $49,025.60, pay will commensurate with experience
  • This position will require you to work Monday through Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week.

What is required for this position:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university required
  • 3 years’ experience in a corporate digital marketing or advertising/digital agency environment preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
