What you need to know about this position:
- The Manager – Foundation Business Operations is responsible for providing leadership, direction, growth, and administration of business operations to ensure accomplishment of CRH Foundation (Fdn) goals and objectives.
- Reporting to the Executive VP & Chief Community Impact, this leader works autonomously, sets operational priorities and makes independent decisions of a complex nature including and provides direct supervision to 3 employees and additional staff.
- This position provides the Fdn Board members with financial and operational information they need for excellent decision-making and stewardship of Foundation funds.
- Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience; the annualized salary range is between $74,505 – $111,716. The base pay compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
- This position is a salaried/exempt position with the general working hours of Monday – Friday 8am-5pm though the exact working hours may fluctuate based on the needs of the organization.
- This position is located on the CRH system campus in Columbus, Indiana.
What the successful candidate will bring to this position:
- Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred
- At least 3 years direct experience with managing accounting operations preferred
- At least 3 years direct leadership and supervision experience preferred
- Knowledge/experience in working with a board of directors
- Drivers license required
