Our recent MA Trainees and our Practices have experienced great success as a result of this program. Part of this success is caused by the very structured and concise format of the program. As a result we do not have opportunities to accommodate individuals who cannot attend and participate in the course as it is laid out. When our next MA Training Program schedule is announced if you are not able to accommodate the described scheduled we encourage you to look at other opportunities within CRH or future MA Training Programs if you are able to accommodate the schedule then.
Upon completion of the program you would:
- Be eligible to sit for the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) certification
- Interview with CRHP’s team to pursue a Medical Assistant position (pending CCMA certification)
- Receive/Accept offer for a Full Time MA position (including a pay increase when you transition to the position)
- Meet retention commitment outlined in agreement
