Action Team Specialist – Mental Health

What you need to know about this position:

  • As an action team specialist you will be responsible for design and implementation of the healthy communities workplan for mental health. This will be accomplished by understanding the needs of internal CRH and external community stakeholders and adapting a plan that meets those needs thus improving mental health outcomes. This position does not provide direct patient care.
  • Specifically, the recumbent will develop a specified work plan based on the integration of various data systems including community/CRH voice of the customer, Community Health Needs Assessment, CRH clinical outcome data, other community data. The recumbent will be responsible for meeting defined workplan goals and managing financial resources. The position will manage the budget assuring grant requirements are met and seek out additional funding resources including local and national funding sources.
  • The base hourly rate for this position is $26.24, annualized to $32,747 (based on 1248 hours annually). Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
  • This salaried position will work 24 hours per week, and you will generally be required to work Monday through Friday with hours between 8:00 AM -4:30 PM though exact hours will be determined by initiative needs.
  • This is a Fixed Duration position estimated for 12 months (calendar year of 2026).
  • With at least 16 hours per week, this position is benefit eligible.

What is required for this position:

  • A bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree and experience working with community programs is preferred.
  • Financial and analytic skills including the ability to forecast and identify variances.
  • High degree of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal skills including clear, effective communication and the ability to understand and work along side of other community and CRH departments to achieve workplan goals.
