Practice Manager – General Surgery

What you need to know about this position:

• Columbus Regional Health General Surgery (CRHGS) is a general surgery and weight loss institute practice including a multi-disciplinary team of board certified surgeons and physicians, APPs and dietitians. CRHGS is a regional leader in surgery procedures including breast treatment, bariatric, hernia, laparoscopic and gastroenterology surgery. The office is located in Medical Office Building South, on Columbus Regional Health’s main campus.
• The role of Practice Manager is responsible for providing leadership, direction, growth, and administration of practice operations to ensure accomplishment of CRH goals and objectives. It will report to the Service Line Director, and does not provide direct patient care.
• This position will require you to work primarily Monday through Friday, during day shift/office hours. It is a salaried position; hours may vary based on needs of patients and organization.
• The base annualized salary for this position is $72,696 (or base hourly rate of $34.95). Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The base compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.

What is required for this position:

• One of the following:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university
  • Three to five years of related experience and/or training
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience
• Current work history experience as a Practice Manager in a general surgery and weight loss institute practice strongly preferred
