What We Are Looking For
- Current Indiana licensure (or eligibility) as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in primary care or a related field is preferred but not required.
- A patient-first philosophy mindset, excellent communication skills, and a desire to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
