Job Details:
- Our Medical Laboratory Scientists (MLS) are generalists and work in all areas of our lab.
- Our progressive lab includes areas of Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulations, Urinalysis, Blood Bank and a full Microbiology department with an automation line and top of the line instrumentation.
- MLS work a variety of shifts and many include a weekend or holiday requirement.

Job Details:
- We hire Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) throughout CRH though most of them work with our patients while they are inpatient or receiving care at Columbus Regional Hospital.
- Our Nurses must be licensed in the State of Indiana or have a Multi-State License through NLC.
- LPNs
- LPNs are utilized in both our CRHP practices and in some of our inpatient units at the hospital.
- LPN @ CRHP—usually work Monday-Friday but may work extended hours or on the weekends based on the specific practice needs.
- LPN @ Hospital—usually work 12 hour shifts with a weekend and holiday requirement.

- RNs
- We hire RNs who have either their Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
- All of our Nursing units are excited to welcome New Grads to their units, however, most frequently our New Grads are hired to Medical Surgical, Critical Care, Emergency Department or Nursing Resources.
- Some of our specialty units may not be able to hire New Grads based on their current staffing needs.
- Aiding in your seamless transition from classes into the work environment our 1-year Nurse Residency program and our Nurse preceptors help to integrate CRH and your specific role.

- We hire both Certified Respiratory Therapists (CRT) and Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT).
- Our Respiratory Therapists are utilized in multiple departments throughout CRH including Lung Institute, in patient Respiratory Care and Sleep Center.
- During orientation you are paired with a preceptor to provide the best learning experience who will aid as you begin your Respiratory career.

Job Details:
- We hire both Certified Surgical Technologists (CST from National Board of Surgical Technology & Surgical Assistant or NBSTA) and Surgical Technicians (ST, licensed as LPN and compete CRH on-the-job training program)
- We have 13 Operating Suites, including a HYBRID state of the art OR where we perform a range of services including certain Cardiovascular and Pulmonary procedures.
- We have 3 Endoscopy suites and 15 pre-post rooms where we specialize in ERCPs, EUS and Robotics Bronchoscopy.
- During orientation you are paired with a preceptor to provide the best learning experience who will aid as you begin your Surgical career.
- Both areas offer flexible scheduling options and have an on-call requirement.
